However, please note that any arrangements that you select will include a charge for necessary basic services provided by a licensed director, staff, and overhead associated with our facility and equipment. In case any legal or other requirements mandate you to purchase any items that you have not specifically requested, we will provide a written explanation on the statement of merchandise, items, and services you have chosen.
