Ms. Patsy Ann Beck

PATSY ANN BECK was born on July 5, 1937 in St. Louis, Missouri. She was the youngest of three siblings born to Willie Lee Travis and Osseful Armstead.

Patsy received her education in the St. Louis Public schools. In January 1957, she graduated from Sumner High School.

Patsy married Lucious Donaby and to this union two sons were born-Eric and Trace. Patsy later married Darryl S. Beck, Sr. and to this union one daughter and three sons were born-Deirdre, Darryl Jr., Willard, and Patrick.

Patsy found the joy of life through her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, relatives and friends. She looked forward to the weekends when family would always stop by. We started having Bible study on the weekend and this was a highlight for her. We laughed, learned and prayed. If you were fortunate enough to spend time around her, you would know about her great sense of humor, wisdom and love for Christ.

On September 5, 2020 at 9:05 a.m., Patsy was called home. She was preceded in death by parents, Willie and Osseful; sisters, Marion and Dorris; children, Trice and Deirdre; grandchildren, Dijonay and Cory; nephew, Tory (Torin).

She leaves to cherish her memories loving family and friends including four sons, Eric, Darryl, Willard, Patrick; three nieces, Tonda (Tonderleauh), Pierre, Rena; nephew, Tony; two stepbrothers, Lawrence and Donald; grandchildren, Jason, Stephen, Chad, Darrell, Eric Jr., Descahzo, Maurice, Martell, Darryl III, Tiffany; and a host of loving great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces and other relatives.
