Life's Reflections
Sarah B. Robinson was born on September 12, 1949, to the union of Alfred and Annie B. Taylor in Columbus, MS. The family moved to Saint Louis, MO, in 1957, where Sarah graduated from Vashon High School in 1967. She then went on to attain a BS in Accounting from Ottawa University in Kansas.
After completing her collegiate studies, Sarah returned to Saint Louis, MO, where she was united in holy matrimony to Duane Robinson in 1971. To this union, she became the mother of two sons, Uhron and Lathrundrel Robinson. She later became the mother to a third son, Brian Roberts.
Sarah was a longtime employee of Brown Shoe Company until they changed ownership in 2002. She then went to work as an Accounts Receivable Manager for Employment Connection for 12 years. Sarah retired from the work force in March 2015. Sarah transitioned from this world to GLORY on Saturday, May 7, 2022. She was preceded in death by her parents, Alfred and Annie B. Taylor, sister, Betty Carter, sister-in-law, Arnetta Jordan, granddaughter, Brianna, and grandson, Leo.
She leaves to celebrate and cherish her memory: three sons, Uhron (Sherry) Robinson, Lathrundrel (Angela) Robinson, and Brian Roberts; ten grandchildren, Rapheal, Jacob, Jaelyin, Marquese, Aaron, Alex, Gabrielle, Bria, Allyssa, and Langston; siblings, Cornelious Jordan, Mildred (Reginald) Taylor-Myers, McEarn (Ann) Taylor, Cora Taylor, Vanassa Taylor, James (Dorinda) Taylor, and Victor (Wanda) Taylor; honarary siblings, Mildred Collins and Elmer Jones; aunt, Mary Frances Garner; uncle, Alfred Jordan; nieces and nephews, Kevin, Derrick, Kimberly, Tracy, McEarn Jr., Angela, Ernessa, Elizabeth, Kayla, Dennis, Sheleena, Deeannah, Jamel, Jessica, Christine, and Philip; extra special cousin/ daughters, Valeria Taylor and Pamela Westbrooks Hodge; and a HOST of other devoted family members and friends. Sarah was loved by all who knew her and will be deeply missed.
