FORWARDING REMAINS TO ANOTHER ESTABLISHMENT:

Removal/transfer of remains
Embalming
Local transportation (within 50 miles) to airport
Staff/Service Fee

RECEIVING CASKETED REMAINS FROM ANOTHER ESTABLISHMENT:

Local transportation (within 50 miles) from airport
Transfer to cemetery or crematory
Grooming/makeup
Staff /Service Fee

ANATOMICAL DONATION:

Removal/transfer of remains
Refrigeration and transfer to Medical School/Facility
Filing proper documents (include one death certificate)

INFANTS/GRAVESIDE (0 TO 12 MONTHS):

Visitation one hour prior to graveside services
Infant casket up to 20 inches (no charge) thereafter family must purchase infant casket
The infant will be placed in the front seat of service car from establishment
Stillborn/Premature births (no public viewing)
